Without hesitation, Amanda has taken the time to sit one-on-one with her, walking her through documentation, answering questions, and reinforcing best practices. This individualized support has significantly strengthened the nurse’s confidence and competence, ultimately improving patient care.
Amanda is also highly innovative and engaged. She is constantly thinking of new ways to enhance education, from contributing to competency camps to creating interactive and meaningful learning experiences. She is a team player who is always willing to step in, assist colleagues, and support organizational goals.
In addition to her role as an educator, Amanda remains a strong patient advocate. She understands that education directly impacts patient outcomes and ensures that everything she teaches aligns with safe, high-quality care.
Amanda Cannon is a dedicated, compassionate, and inspiring educator whose impact is felt not only by the nurses she teaches but also by the patients they serve. She truly deserves this recognition.
