Friday eve I drove myself to the ER under duress. Since it was not coronary-related, I was relegated to wait…

After a few hours in the ER waiting room, my status was deteriorating. A nurse who was working the ER and noticed my situation and took it upon herself to SAVE me as I passed out in the waiting room.

The Crash Team brought me around. I must have mentioned at midnight while waiting for a room that it was my 73rd birthday. How ironic to spend it this way.

The next day, at the beginning of their shifts, Amalia E. and the other nurse, came to my room to bring me a card and decorations. To go out of their way to pay me with such kindness was very touching. I was so surprised!

I want you to know that you are clearly doing something right to have such special people working for you! I will never forget them.
