Alyssa Brown, LPN

Alyssa came into the room and was pleasantly flexible in administering prescriptions, daily pills, and supplements. She patiently went through the list, making a note of what my grandma wanted to take.

Along the way, we had two other visitors- a cafeteria worker to order food and a caseworker to ask questions. Alyssa was not bothered by the interruptions and even engaged appropriately, offering guidance and recommendations.

Later, I went out to the nurse's station with a request for ice for the cryocuff. She immediately got us ice and had my grandmas situated comfortably within minutes.
