Alvin spent time talking to me. He was never rushing in or out of my room. You could tell he really cared. He was more than a nurse; he was an ear to listen and an arm to lean on. He always made sure I had everything I needed. If I had any issues, he would talk to the doctor and get them resolved. He was truly an amazing person and nurse.

Alvin is an excellent nurse. He goes above and beyond what his job title is. He doesn't mind helping others, no matter what department you work in. He's always smiling and ready to lend a helping hand. If I needed help with anything, he would help me, even though I work in EVS; it doesn't matter to him. He is a true team player. He's a true five-star nurse. Another thing is that he's a good listener when you need to talk. My husband has stage 3 kidney cancer. He listened to me when I needed to talk and cry. It made me feel so much better when I needed somebody to listen to me. He was truly God sent that day.
