Ally Wright is my ANM at the Judson Hawk Clinic (JHC). Being a JHC clinic nurse prior to her role as ANM, she has always been a strong patient advocate and support person for staff. Ally has always been responsive to the nursing staff and she is someone we can rely on. She is always supportive whether it's a clinic concern (coverage, difficult situations, etc), career growth, or ideas for process improvement within JHC. During her time as ANM, there was a time when she led JHC nurses when we did not have a Clinical Operations Manager, Practice Manager, and/or Clinical Educator - and she did so in stride. She even went on maternity leave during a portion of this time - and even in her absence, we were prepared accordingly due to her strong communication skills and proper management planning before her leave. Ally is truly a role model as a nurse and leader, and JHC is so lucky to have her!
