Allison has been extraordinary during what truly felt like the worst week of my life. In the moment of shock and grief, Allison’s presence made all the difference. While waiting for the doctors, she checked in on us again, offering comfort and quiet reassurance. She didn’t just care for me medically – she cared for me as a person who was hurting.

After speaking with the doctor, she took the time to ensure I fully understood what to expect and that I would get through this – something I desperately needed to hear.

Since then, Allison has continued to show exceptional care by following up with me, responding promptly to my questions through the patient portal, and simply asking if I’m doing okay. It’s remarkable how much those simple questions can mean during a time like this.

Her kindness, empathy, and dedication have had a lasting impact on me, and I am deeply grateful to have had her as my nurse during such a difficult experience. Her compassion, empathy, and unwavering support during one of the hardest moments of my life will not be forgotten.
