As a family member of a patient who has received exceptional care from Alli, I have personally witnessed her remarkable dedication, compassion, and expertise in nursing.

From the moment we met Alli, her warmth and genuine concern for my dad's well-being were evident. Her ability to connect with my dad, my 3 siblings, and stepmother on an emotional level is remarkable. Alli consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that my dad was comfortable, informed, and cared for during his time at the hospital. Her attention to detail and proactive approach in recognizing and addressing any changes in my dad's condition and pain level were truly impressive.

My dad was hospitalized with a chest tube following lung surgery, and Alli ensured his pain was managed appropriately. Her continuous assessment resulted in his pain meds being adjusted multiple times until he was comfortable. When the suction was disconnected from the chest tube draining system, he experienced extreme pain. We were very concerned that his lung may have collapsed, and Alli suggested we talk with a resident on the staff. She immediately texted the resident on staff who spent time with us to ensure our family was confident in my dad's recovery.

Beyond her exceptional nursing skills, Alli demonstrated incredible kindness and empathy towards my family during a difficult time. She took the time to understand our concerns and fears, offering emotional support and reassurance. Dealing with four individual family members coming and going at different times, as well as a patient who is in pain, is an extremely difficult task for anyone to handle. Her presence and genuine care made a significant difference in our experience as a family.

I truly believe that Alli deserves to be recognized for her outstanding contributions to healthcare. I am grateful for the exceptional care that Alli is providing to my dad. She has gone above and beyond her role as a nurse, and her commitment to patient care deserves recognition and admiration.
