Thank you, Allison,  for taking care of my dear friend. Her nephew was so grateful for the care you provided over the two days she was there; they said you were amazing!

So patient, kind, and tolerant... even when she was having difficulty or being combative, given her situation, the family was truly grateful for the care and compassion the whole team exhibited, and for the work you do day in and day out. He asked me to let you know that she got her wish, thanks to the great care you all gave, she was able to get back home in sound mind and feeling better, where the Hospice team took over.

She was able to activate the choices she'd made for how to go, and when she passed yesterday with dignity, surrounded by her family and even telling salty jokes and reminiscing on stories until she fell asleep peacefully. Allison, I'm not sure you always get to hear what happens after people leave your care. I hope this lets you and your team know you made a real difference!
