Allie Zupp, RN

Allie is, without a doubt, my favorite Burn unit nurse. About a month ago, she led a small group of nursing school students through the Burn unit. Allie asked me beforehand if I minded if she brought a group of students into my room. Of course I didn't mind, so the group came in and Allie told them about me and my medical needs. They had questions, and Allie provided answers. I've also noticed that Allie is a wonderful coach for the newer nurses who aren't too familiar with my colostomy. We've taught them things I don't know if they'll see much of in school. Allie is a perfect example of what a great nurse is!...St. E's is my hospital. Every person on staff should be recognized for their great tender loving care!! I cannot say enough about how much St. E's has meant to me over the years. God Bless you all!!
