Our father, who is 62 years old, has been in the ICU for the past five days. He has been unresponsive, and Alina has been taking care of him for the past three days. She has been the prime example of what a nurse should be. Not only did we ensure that our dad was in the best position, but we also talked to him kindly when doing care.

She was talking through what she was doing like she would with a responsive patient. She was an incredible advocate for our dad in a time when he couldn't advocate for himself. She monitored him closely and voiced her concerns to the providers when she noticed that he wasn't breathing as effectively, and she continued to advocate when the providers initially dismissed her concerns.

Due to her actions, I am confident that his breathing was questionable, and they were quicker to intervene when they did. I know that her voice improved the outcome in a situation where all of the odds were stacked against us. Alina is devoted to her profession and is willing to go the distance for her patients. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a nurse who upholds the standards and principles of the nursing profession.
