Alicia has been my nurse for 90% of my visits with Dr. S over the course of my three pregnancies. I would imagine that I've had about 30 visits with her by now. One occasion I have a different nurse and even though they were great too, I was always disappointed when it wasn't Alicia, because she is truly so kind, thoughtful, and overall a joy to be around. Although I had a 2-ish year gap between each of my pregnancies, she would remember so much about me from the last time. Beyond providing me with excellent care, our conversations were also just so nice. I have told people that part of me is sad that I won't be having more kids, partly because I will genuinely miss seeing her and Dr. S on that regular basis, like one does when pregnant. Alicia is by far the best nurse I have ever had. She has never made me feel any negative way. I am so grateful that Sanford has Alicia.

I have had 3 babies in the last 3 years, and the care and attention that I have received from Alicia during all of those pregnancies was top-tier. My first pregnancy was full of fear and anxiety, but Alicia continuously gave me support and love at each appointment. My second pregnancy was full of excitement, and she shared that with me each step of the way. My third pregnancy happened sooner than I was anticipating, and not once did Alicia judge me or make me feel bad about it.

For 3 years, she has been a constant source of support and encouragement through the craziest seasons of my life. I have looked forward to each appointment knowing that Alicia will be there with the warmest smile, the kindest voice, and such a true, genuine heart of gold. She remembers me when I come in, asks about my kids, and has done everything to make my experience safe and comfortable for me. Pregnancy can be a crazy and wild experience, but I always felt like she had my back through each of them. She is an incredible human and an amazing nurse.
