Ms. Alicia exemplifies every aspect of our RISE values in her daily work. With over 30 years of nursing experience, she is not only a knowledgeable clinician but also a role model who lifts everyone around her. She approaches each interaction with kindness, empathy, and a deep commitment to her colleagues and patients.

She is a beacon of Respect, treating every member of our team, whether a new nurse or seasoned staff, with the same dignity and encouragement. Her ability to include everyone and make them feel seen and valued fosters a strong sense of belonging and unity in our workplace. Whether it’s coaching a new graduate during huddles, following up with NRPs and their preceptors, or validating clinical skills to promote critical thinking, Ms. Alicia is always present and supportive.

Her Service goes far beyond the walls of our unit. Ms. Alicia frequently contributes ideas for unit celebrations and community outreach, from organizing baby showers for our PCTs to planning memorable nurse appreciation events.

Ms. Alicia continuously strives for Excellence. She inspires improved outcomes through her leadership, her positivity, and her unwavering dedication to our mission. Her door is always open. She is accessible, flexible, and a trusted resource for both staff and leadership.
