Nurse Alex is an amazing asset to our Crittenton family. Nurse Alex is a team player who never hesitates to go above and beyond for our patients and staff. In crisis situations, he applies his ER knowledge in mental health settings. He has shown time and again that he is willing and able to step up and do things outside his normal job duties to get the job done as a team. A prime example: Alex is good at drawing blood from hard-to-stick patients and doesn't mind helping out in the lab department when needed. He has also taught me a few things about drawing blood and using gravity. A few months ago, we lost another great asset to our team. During that time, there was a lot of uncertainty about who would take their place as charge nurse. Again, without hesitation, Nurse Alex stepped up to take on the position. Although he has been in this position for a short time, he has proven he can be a Rock Star in anything he does. Thank you for being so kind, humble, dependable, and for always being you!
