Alex went above and beyond in caring for my Dad. It was a scary moment when he came in super disoriented, and she made him feel comfortable and safe. She was really attentive and thorough. He had a hard time getting comfortable, and she found a slider that helped him move more easily in bed. She was very inventive and super knowledgeable. She explained what everything meant and took the guessing out of all the medical gibberish. We had a clear understanding of what was going on with him because of her.
