Nurse Alex is a ray of sunshine and fantastic nurse!
She is my dad's nurse today, and she has been so supportive and caring with his care! She keeps me informed and did a wonderful job presenting at rounds. She addresses my questions and concerns and is enthusiastic about his progress with every new normal test result and improvement he has. She also makes sure my mom and I are taken care of. She treats my dad with empathy, care, and compassion.
She is gentle with him and is an absolute delight to have caring for him. She gives him the time he needs, not seeming rushed to attend other things while she is with him. She reaches out to Respiratory Therapy when indicated or when she's unsure, and if she doesn't know the answer, she finds out for me.
We absolutely love her, and I am so glad she will be his nurse again tomorrow!
