Alex was our nurse for delivering a long, complicated delivery two years ago with our first. She took a scary situation and made us feel at ease. She works with so much confidence and certainty  that we requested her specifically for our second baby, who was born two days ago.

The entire staff was incredible, but again, Alex stood out and shone especially when moments got tough and things needed to happen. Her leadership has grown a ton in the past two years, and the team that has formed around her works so fluently, even in dire situations; they are so confident  in themselves and each other that little has to be said.

As the father protecting my family is my job and I found myself constantly looking at her for guidance in extreme decision-making, and I’m glad I did. I have two beautiful boys and a beautiful, healthy wife still with me today because of her. Her love and compassion for her work are so easy to see, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.
