Our father was admitted after suffering a stroke. Our dad spent nearly three weeks in ICU unit before unfortunately passing away due to his illness. During this entire period of time we were able to attend all of the visiting hour sessions offered each and every day. We became familiar with several of the nurses in the ICU unit, many of whom went above and beyond to provide excellent care to our dad. One particular nurse however really stood out and our family believes he deserves to be recognized for doing so. This nurse was Alex Andranovich. Each and every time Alex was assigned to our dad he handled anything/everything that came up in a polite, professional, caring, calm and consistent manner. No matter how busy or stressed things became, Alex never wavered in his efforts to help our family in any way he could. We can honestly say that we could not have asked for a better nurse/caretaker at our dad's bedside during his illness. In conclusion, we believe that God blessed us with the best dad and that God blessed our dad and family with the best nurse we could have asked for... and that nurse was Alex Andranovich.
