I cannot say enough about Alex’s kindness and empathy. His compassion goes above and beyond what I expected. I am in a lot of pain, and it gets so bad that I cry. He remains calm and collected. Also, he stays with me reassuring me that I the medication will be working soon to relieve the pain. His calm demeanor has always been calming to me. He is thoughtful and always one step ahead of the game. He also never sounds annoyed with any of my requests. He is an asset to this hospital, all nurses should follow his lead! Thanks to Alex, I feel I am getting the best possible care. Thank you!
