Alex went above and beyond the call of duty to care for my spouse, who was newly diagnosed with a high-grade glioma in his brain. Alex was very kind and professional with every interaction with my spouse and with his daughter, who came to visit. She took the time to answer our many questions, as his diagnosis was a complete shock to us all. Above all, when she learned that we were dog lovers, she contacted Volunteer Services and arranged for a volunteer from People Animals Love to come to his room. I can’t tell you how much this meant to us all. We received so much healing love from the therapy dog that came to see us that day. This was unbelievably healing and calming for us. Alex is an extraordinary nurse. Thank you with all our hearts.
