Alex is an amazing nurse with exceptional abilities. When my father-in-law was admitted to the ICU with internal bleeding, he literally hand-pumped the blood into him. He saved his life until the doctors could come in and perform a cauterization to stop the bleeding. Along with this heroism, his bedside manner and ability to communicate with the family have been beyond excellent!
