No judgment at all from her. Just pure love, compassion, and patience for those she serves.
She took care of my sister during her stay related to a liver problem. She answered questions with no hesitation, and she gave personal care as if she mattered. She showed love, concern, and respect.

She has been a pure gem while caring for my mom. I am from Texas and have been away from home for two months, in and out of the hospital, caring for my mom, who suffers from liver failure. I had a rough Thursday night with little sleep, worried about my mom. She came in before her shift and took the time to answer all my questions from the placement of her purewick to her meds to her test. She reassured me that she would ease any of my concerns and would take care of my mom. She talked with my mom in spite of her encephalopathy, where her thoughts are not clear. She was patient with giving her meds as it was hard for her to swallow. My mom cannot walk too well, and she took her time to clean her up when needed. No judgment at all from her. Just pure love, compassion, and patience for those she serves. Her small and positive attitude is contagious. Thank you, and continue to be the great person you are.

She has been an angel to me. She keeps me going. While I was there with ITP twice, once for 47 days and the other for 36 days, she made sure that I had the opportunity to get out of my room and feel normal through all the stress of being there for so long. She has taken me on walks, to the gift store, and outside. She cares about me and makes sure that I am ok. She goes above and beyond the call of duty to make her patients feel important.
