Aimee King, RN
It is my honor to commend Aimee King for her extraordinary compassion and unwavering dedication to her ER team. Her actions during an especially difficult time for one of our colleagues went far beyond expectations of her role and demonstrated the true meaning of empathy and service to others.
One of our nurses suffered a tragic injury while out of the country, and Aimee, without hesitation, stepped in to help as a source of strength and support. She coordinated care and ensured that the nurse and her family had access to all available resources. She personally took time outside of work hours to check in, provide support, and provide our team with encouragement and updates. Her leadership helped our ER team navigate this period of shock with compassion and professionalism. I am truly honored to work for a manager who sees each of us as individuals- not just as employees, but as people who are genuinely loved and cared for, whether we're on the clock or on personal time. Her compassion and integrity make Aimee an outstanding leader.
