My wife was recently a patient at NWTH following a seizure, and I wanted to express our sincere gratitude for the exceptional care provided by Andrew, Andres, and Mae.

All the nurses demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, compassion, and dedication throughout our stay. They not only took outstanding care of my wife, but they also consistently checked on me and asked if there was anything they could do to support me during a very stressful time.

What stood out most was the time they took to answer our questions and thoroughly explain every procedure, medication, and step in my wife's care. Their willingness to communicate openly and patiently helped us understand what was happening and significantly reduced our anxiety.

They all made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel calm, reassuring, and manageable. Their kindness, expertise, and genuine concern for our well-being were evident in every interaction.

We feel incredibly fortunate that my wife was cared for by such talented and compassionate nurses. We are truly grateful for what they did for us.
