Our baby girl had a positive Coombs test and elevated bilirubin levels. Addie took initiative when she saw the levels were rising and called Dr. H to ask if we could put her on phototherapy early to begin treatment as soon as possible. She researched our questions and took the time to explain things to us so we understood what was happening. She was our nurse multiple nights and went above and beyond time and time again to make a difficult stay easier for us. She offered to change multiple diapers, met every question and concern with cheerfulness and patience, and showed the utmost compassion.
