Adareus is the epitome of what a nurse should be: caring, compassionate, empathetic, understanding, communicative, honest, and hardworking. My son was truly terrified, in agonizing pain, and exhausted from fighting a serious blood infection and facing the possibility of emergency surgery. My child had to have an MRI. During the process of the MRI, my son had a panic attack and an emotional breakdown, overwhelmed by the severity of his health and the fear of claustrophobia all settling in at once. His nurse was more than that at that time; he was his confidante, his security, and personal hype man. Not only has he been more than attentive to my son, but he’s also been an understanding ear for me and helped to guide me with answers and solutions. The world needs more nurses like him!
