Adam Marhige has been with us at Froedtert South in the ICU since March 2024. The facility jokingly calls him a staff nurse because of how well he’s blended in with the team and culture. He’s been praised by both staff and management and continues to be an important part of the Froedtert South family.

Recently, Adam cared for a patient who had been told he only had a day or so to live. He cared for the patient over several weeks and built a strong connection with both him and his family during that time. The patient was later discharged but sadly passed away a few weeks later at home. The family was so thankful for the care Adam provided that they mentioned him by name in the patient’s obituary. Adam represents GQR in the best way possible through his compassion, professionalism, and commitment to his patients.
