Abi was very timely in checking Mom’s vitals and giving her meds. Abi tried to understand the pain levels that Mom was in even though she was having a hard time putting a number on her pain. You could tell that she really cared and was very good at communicating with us. By asking questions and working with the doctor it was decided to do an x-ray. We discovered that Mom had another fracture, and the cause of the pain was probably a pinched nerve in her spine. Abi's attention to detail and caring for her patient helped Mom greatly. We, as a family, really appreciate what Abi did for our mom.
