My mom was transferred to the ICU after surgery. Abby had a sunny disposition, was super attentive, and actively explained what she was doing each time she entered the room. She answered questions as best she could and also explained her limitations in answering other questions but also let me know which clinical discipline would be best to pose my questions to. She provided exceptional, consistent care on the days she was my mom's nurse.
