Abigail was very thoughtful and kind throughout our stay with our daughter. She put us at ease throughout the process of the hospital stay. Making sure to get our daughter a warm blanket and making sure the IV process went smoothly.

Our precious five-year-old entered the double doors to Radiology, nervous and scared for his brain MRI. From the instant Abigail greeted us and helped settle us into our room, I knew that we were in expert hands. Her confident and sweet demeanor helped to ease his nerves immediately. She was so exceptionally gifted with us; it was just the perfect match.

Abigail followed our son’s lead instinctively as if she had known him his entire life. She was so thorough and kind, explaining all of our options for IV insertion, and she empowered and encouraged us, as parents, to make the best decisions we could. She established contingency plans in case our plan didn’t go as hoped, and she executed flawlessly.

She is a pro with IV insertion and a master of her craft at all things pediatric radiology. What could have been such a scary and stressful life event for our sweet boy was made into the best possible MRI day you could pray for. Thank you, Nurse Abigail, and the other two lovely nurses who assisted us. I was previously overwhelmed to think of this experience, and am so grateful Abigail was with us from start to finish with high fives, love, and a Stuffy.
