Wow!!! What a wonderful floor of Dedicated individuals you have on your team. A summary of our stay on 7 Tower:

As we entered into 7 Tower one day after my wife’s spine surgery, both my wife and I didn’t know what to expect. 

At that time, we were hoping for the best, not knowing we were entering “The Floor of Angels”. 

And by that, I mean everyone working together (MDs, PAs, PCAs, PT, environmental services, dining services, etc on this special floor to serve the needs of the needed.

We were complimented to have a team of dedicated nurses who were extra special and meaningful to both of us.
Michelle, Victoria, Katie, and Annie, all in their own special way, were magnificent. They were caring, compassionate, loving, genuinely concerned, sympathetic, professional and more importantly human.

Their assistant PCAs, Betty and Kailah, further complimented the team.  PA Anthony‘s continuous sincere follow-up was always reassuring.  

The difference they made in helping my wife get ready for the next challenge was monumental.

As I wrote, this floor is truly “The Floor of Angels,” and we were blessed to have them by our side.

Our grateful thanks again to all for doing what you do with sincere empathy - you all touch the lives of many in an extra special way that will never be forgotten. 

Also, as a note, I spent several nights here alongside my wife and observed what happens in the day, which also glows at night. Again, a special big thank you to all."
