Tracey Easley, RN

As a member of the surgical team, I work very closely with Tracey. She serves as our charge nurse but is much more. Our department deals with multiple services and surgeons. She works to make every experience here in surgery a great one. She stands up for the staff when needed but will not hesitate to let us know when we’re not doing our best. Sometimes, because of all the issues she deals with, she’s in a thankless job. She is always the first to aid wherever needed. She treats us all like family. Personally speaking, she helped me spiritually when I lost my mother suddenly. Just having the listening and a shoulder to lean on helped me through a very difficult time.  I’m honored to have her as my charge nurse.
