This was our first experience at Tawam Hospital. Yesterday, we had to come to the hospital due to an emergency situation. While we were closing the door, my child’s finger got caught, injuring her small thumb. We went to the hospital, and we were advised that it was necessary to visit the operating department because of the injury. Despite our fear and anxiety, as soon as we arrived at the emergency reception, we were welcomed with kindness and assistance. The smiles we received helped remove the worry from our faces. The OR reception staff even provided us with a blanket because my child was cold during the procedures. At that moment, we truly felt that we were in safe and trustworthy hands. Then Nurse Tintu arrived. She is truly an angel of mercy. She received my child with great compassion, kindness, and a warm smile. She accompanied us from the room to the operating theatre, and her smile never left her face. She is truly wonderful. When she dealt with my child, she made her feel loved and safe. Her constant smile and her kind heart made a huge difference during our difficult time.
