I would like to thank Nurse Suhib for the exceptional care and kindness he showed me during my time in the hospital. He always greeted me with a warm smile, no matter how busy his shift was, he made me feel safe and comfortable.
One moment that truly stood out to me was when I was feeling anxious before the bronchoscopy. Suhib noticed right away and took a few minutes to talk to me, explain everything clearly, and even made a light joke that helped me laugh.
That small gesture meant so much to me—it reminded me that I was not just a patient, but a person he genuinely cared about.
