I want to express my sincere gratitude to Rose for her outstanding care during my treatment. From the very first moment, she demonstrated professionalism and compassion, and she was always very careful when cleaning my wound, making sure everything was hygienic and safe. She changed dressings with precision, never rushing, and always explained each step before doing it. I really appreciated how she checked the wound regularly and continuously monitored its healing progress.

She also made sure I received every medication on time and explained what each was for, gently but clearly reminding me when doses were due. What stood out most was how often she came by just to check on me, asking if I was feeling any discomfort or pain, and genuinely listening to my concerns.

Because of her constant attention, caring attitude, and clinical excellence, I felt truly supported and safe. Nurse Rose simply is the best — she is competent, compassionate, and reliable.
