My son is a special child. A few days before, I came to Tawam Hospital in the day case unit for an MRI. Unfortunately, my son was too irritated due to his condition and was making noises and disturbances in the unit. I was so tense and agitated due to his behaviour. But staff nurse Renu helped me to come out of this situation.

There was a nursing shortage at the time, and I knew she was overworked. But she was so kind. She showed no irritation at all. She made me comfortable, and also my son. She always stayed with me and supported me until the discharge. I am so grateful to her. It's really a lovely staff. She worked with me the entire time to find what would work best to keep him calm.

She stood by me and with him and reassured us that there was no need to worry. She helped reduce the embarrassment and tension, was kind and comforting, and supported his anxious psychological state. She took into account his special condition and embraced the situation with great understanding. Honestly, the whole situation was handled kindly and gently.
