As a senior patient, my mother needed extra patience and reassurance, and Ragiel provided this with exceptional kindness and compassion. What touched us most was Ragiel’s genuine commitment. Whenever she noticed anything concerning, she took the time to teach and guide my mother’s caregiver, ensuring that my mother would continue to receive the best possible care even beyond her shift.
