This is the first time I have ever written about my experience or expressed my gratitude to a medical team, but this nurse, Maryam Alshehhi, truly deserves it. The period of my daughter’s hospitalization was extremely difficult for me, both emotionally and physically. I was constantly worried about her while also thinking about my children at home.

However, from the moment we arrived, Maryam Alshehhi welcomed us with such compassion and kindness. She eased so much of our stress throughout our stay and turned a very challenging experience into a truly memorable one. She reflects the true meaning of humanity and stands as a remarkable role model in the nursing profession. In fact, she inspired me to hope that one day my daughter might choose this path and become like Maryam Al Shehhi.
