Jaz Barredo, RN

Jaz was nominated by a colleague with the notion of "no man left behind". There was a devastating storm that occurred end of last year that caused significant flooding in the surrounding towns near the facility; the heat of the storm occurred during rush hour when employees were commuting to the hospital. Jaz ensured that his colleagues were able to get to work safely by using his truck and transporting his colleagues instead of going home. With his courage, Jaz was able to safely transport colleagues and ensure there was a sufficient workforce at the facility, as well to care for the patients. He is an Extraordinary Nurse!
