I am delighted to nominate Ines as an extraordinary nurse leader. She is willing to manage multiple departments at the same time; she never lets any issue persist and works hard to resolve it. Trying to spread positivity among the staff members. Finding a way to improve communication and team spirit. Even though there was a multi-official audit going on, a department to run, and multiple follow-ups for different departments, she covered all of it. Even for sick leave or urgent issues, she would contact the team for a replacement, as the team cares about each other. On the other hand, with all the responsibilities she's handling, she still cares about the team's well-being, arranging the staff gathering for the well-being.
