Gloria was incredibly kind and patient during my stay. On admission, I felt completely alone. I was so scared. Gloria sat with me patiently as I cried, spoke with me gently and in an even tone, and took the time to make sure I felt safe and comfortable. I know it is challenging to work in a hospital right now, and even more challenging to maintain a sense of compassion - it meant so much to me at that moment that Gloria took the extra time to make sure I was okay.
