Francesca Novelli, RN

Frankie has been an incredible instructor who has made a lasting impression on me of what it means to be a nurse, what it looks like to be proud of your work, and what it looks like to excel in professionalism on the floor as well as empathy and compassion in the patient room. Frankie is a joy who makes friends with anyone who will look her way, no matter how tough either person's day was. She is a connector and a cultivator, instilling important knowledge without being disparaging towards her students. Everything is a teaching/learning moment with her which has become a valuable part of my nursing school experience. Her attitude and drive are indicators of her values in equity, justice, and excellent care.
