Dhanya Kumari, GN39723

Dhanya is one of my favorite nurses in NMC Royal Khalifa NICU. Not only is she professional, efficient, reliable, and strong, but she is also extremely kind, clear, and playful. The reason she holds such a dear place in my heart and in my baby's, I am sure, as well, is because not only did she take care of my baby's physical health but also her mental and emotional health. She regularly sang to her, played with her, and talked to her, which I believe played a big role in her recovery. She is the first person my daughter smiled at. She treated her not just as a patient but also as a baby. I was always happy when she was assigned to my daughter, and I am very grateful for that.
