I had my surgery recently, and I want to express my appreciation for Nurse Benjie Taruc. From the very beginning, he communicated with me clearly and calmly, explaining every step of the process before and after the operation.
His way of speaking made me feel at ease and confident that I was in good hands. Benjie was also very proactive in making sure I felt comfortable, always proposing small but thoughtful solutions to reduce any stress or discomfort. What stood out to me most was his supportive attitude not only toward me as a patient but also toward his colleagues. I noticed how he patiently guided other staff members, especially on data entry and system-related tasks.
Overall, Benjie showed genuine professionalism, kindness, and teamwork. His positive attitude made a big difference in my surgical experience, and I’m truly grateful for his care and dedication.
