During my recent colonoscopy, Avin went above and beyond to ensure I felt safe, relaxed, and fully supported throughout the entire experience. From the very beginning, he took the time to clearly explain the procedure, patiently addressing all my concerns and doubts with empathy and understanding.
His presence was incredibly reassuring — he remained by my side the whole time, constantly checking on me and making sure I was comfortable. Even after the procedure, his care didn’t stop. He thoughtfully comforted my wife as well, providing her with clear pre- and post-procedure instructions and offering the same level of compassion and attentiveness.
Avin truly made a difference in how we were cared for. His kind and professional approach helped ease our anxiety and turned a potentially stressful situation into a much more manageable and positive experience.
