Ann is an amazing person. She is a very responsible, straightforward, and kind person. A true advocate for the babies. Whenever she was assigned to take care of my baby, or was even just on the shift, I would feel such relief. She will always do what is best for my baby. She is also very direct in her communication while still being sensitive to people's feelings. I once saw her holding my baby, rocking and comforting her as if she were her own. She held her till she slept and then so gently put her back. She did not know I was there, which made it all the more dear to me. I hold so much respect, appreciation, and tenderness towards her.
