Tena Barnes Carraher is the widow of J. Patrick Barnes. She is one of DAISY's co-founders and currently serves as Vice President of Marketing and Communications for the foundation. In her role she provides leadership, strategic direction, oversight, coordination and priority setting in the areas of resource development, marketing materials and internal and external communications.
Tena has over 25 years of experience in marketing, advertising and customer service-based organizations. She has a B.A. in Communications from Arizona State University.
Tena remarried and lives in Atlanta with her husband John, three daughters, 2 dogs and a cat.
