Set Up/ Getting Started
Every DAISY partner should have an electronic nomination form so patients/ families/ staff can nominate a nurse online. We suggest asking your marketing/IT team to create one on your website, as you will have more control over the branding and retrieval process. We are happy to show you how you can create a free form using either Microsoft or Google. Contact your regional team for more information.
