CE Credit Information:
You must watch over 85% of the conference in order to earn the 5 CE Contact Hours being offered by AACN as provided by ANCC (you do not have to watch it all at one time).
To access CE Certificate of Completion (at no cost):
1. Click on a private link or copy/paste it into your internet browser. https://www.aacn.org/education/elearningeval?id=DAISY2022
2. Sign in or create your own AACN account for a Customer ID. Please use full name as on your nursing license, to create an AACN account as this is how the name will print on the CE Certificate of Completion.
You do not need to be a member of AACN (the American Association of Critical-Care nurses) to receive CE Contact Hours for this conference. AACN uses your unique AACN Customer ID to link your CE Certificate of Completion to your Account.
3. Complete the evaluation form.
4. Sign the attestation (honor) statement, which states 'by typing my name here, I attest that I completed the entire learning activity', then enter your full name in the space provided.
5. Click light blue 'submit' button
6. Continuing Education (CE) Certificate of Completion will appear in pdf form.
7. Download to your own computer to save it and/or print from home the CE Certificate of Completion.
