Dee Dee went above and beyond in her kindness, care and compassion. From the moment she introduced herself she spoke in a quiet, calm, and loving tone. She made an effort to get to know about me and my family and took the time to listen. Dee Dee was conscientious about making sure I was feeling well. I never needed to call her as she was always peeking in and then hurrying off to get what I needed.
I was so impressed by her professionalism as well. She spoke to the other nurses and assistants in the same respectful tone that she spoke to me and my husband. She was diligent about following the rules and always explained them to me and why they were in place...such as the bed alarm. Her communication skills are excellent and her thoughtfulness in communicating exactly what is going on and why put me and my husband at ease.
But most of all I was impressed by her genuine caring and kindness. Dee Dee is a gem and this facility and her patients are lucky to have her.
