Reena was so kind and patient while helping my son adjust to the surgery he had. Reena went out of her way to help calm his nerves when he had his first dressing change over his ear, where he had the surgery. Reena helped make sure I was as comfortable as possible. She helped me understand my son's low oxygen level and helped me to understand why they were treating him with so many fluids. She was so caring, kind, patient and understanding. She was quick to give us answers. We were so blessed to have her. She helped our stay to be more comfortable than we expected. Thank you, Reena. She will always be a "DAISY" to us!
